Numerous issues . But mainly the check in and staff conduct. After a 4pm check in, we were delayed until 5pm as the pod wasn’t ready and we had to sit out side until it was, all while staff complained about how busy they were. The pod wasn’t cleaned , I cleaned the surfaces myself. I was also required to make the bunk beds myself. I witnessed how it was cleaned, as I was outside trying to keep my children calm, but when I complained, I was told that, what I was saying wasn’t true. They tried to tell me I was only waiting 10 minutes, even though I had text message evidence that it was an hour. They suggested that I hadn’t noticed them cleaning it, but as I went into sticky and dirty tables and chairs I know that it wasn’t true. The shower block was dirty and flooded as well. There was an ant infestation by the morning and we decided to not stay for the second night but go home first thing. The pool facilities are not available all the time, you have to book which is not advertised. We couldn’t use the facilities until 3pm the next day and only for 45 minutes. When I did make a complaint I was told that I could have an early check in on my next stay, which obviously I won’t be using. They also said that as I hadn’t spoken to them about my issues, and suggested this meant they were concerns not worth raising. But had two children and a dog with me and each thing arose separately I didn’t feel I could keep dragging them back and forth, they needed to enjoy themselves. Also staff comments while waiting for the cabin had made me feel that, if I complained always overworked staff would get in trouble. When things finally did come to ahead the next morning and we couldn’t carry on, there was no staff around to tell. We left at 7am.

Pods are lovely. Beds super comfortable. Nice area to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Pool was great and the children enjoyed play area and mini golf too

Toilet bloc was a little too far (for little ones) not a great path and not well lit at night. No soap when we were there.

Great location, friendly staff, great atmosphere

Uncomfortable beds, ants everywhere. Food not great, no breakfast midweek. Facilities working but not cleanest. New sealant needed in showers, black mould on curtains etc

Fantastic and easy accessible facilities especially the pool, arcade, crazy golf, playground and entertainment bar. The staffs are also very accommodating and very friendly. Could do with more coat hooks in the camping pods and in the toilet.
