Perfect stay at mountain shadows.

Everything!! The location was dreamy. The rooms with that view and the whole campus had the view. The staff were very polite, considerate, and caring. They gave us a complimentary spa massage as they got our check in delayed by some 40 mins. So although this could’ve been a negative, they made sure to compensate and keep the joy for their guests. They also gave us complimentary desserts since they didn’t have the one we asked for, from their menu. Our driver was also provided a nice stay with food. So they do keep an eye for all details. The spa, cycling, the flora and fauna, the massage, the food, the hi-tea… everything was amazing! We had the best birthday stay here.

There is a scope of improvement in the food section. Although they had a good breakfast spread and a decently varied menu, some items can taste better (saying from my other 5 star stay experiences), and some more cuisine options can be included. I’ll not get into the specifics. It was overall good.

Food need to improve considerably as we found preparations and taste was not up to mark. We had lunch at taj n food was excellent

The heart welcoming comfort and services the resort is offering along with the breathtaking view. We loved the ambience, the location, the view the resort provides, the food and last but not the the least the way all the resort staff handles their guest especially manu varghese, aneesh, sanjay, and kiran. Such staffs are an asset to the resort and one of our major reason to plan our future visits to the resort.

المكان قطعه من الجنه جمممممممميل بشكل غير متوقع ، بالحقيقه أجممممل من الصور بكثير ، كل شي بيرفكت الموظفين بلا أستثناء كانوا بشوشين وخدومين جدآ ، الاكل كان لذيييييييذ ، جلست في المكان ثلاث أيام وماحسيت بالملل أبدن وتمنيت لو كانت أكثر ، اللي محتاج نقاهه وجلسه مع النفس وتأمل يحجز بلا تردد ، بيرجع ذهنه صافي ومرتاح ، المكان جداااا نظيف ومهتمين بأدق التفاصيل ، أكيد لي عوده ان شاءالله لها المكان الأكثر من رائع
