We were very disappointed, upon arrival to see the external state of the property and the reception area not being manned. we rang the number as advised but there was no pick up. We had to go around the back to find a mobile number. The property was listed as a 4 star accommodation, which it is certainly not. The only heating was an old electric heater hidden in a wardrobe and there was only one pillow per person. As an older couple we have become accustomed to what to expect in the $150 price range and this property was far from meeting our expectations.

Room was fresh and clean. The beds were comfy. Everything we needed for one night was available.

The blinds in the door window were open and there was no way to close them. It wasn't an issue for dressing the way the room was situated but it did let in a lot of light in during the night.

Clean, good location

Queen bed in room 3 was very uncomfortable unlike bed in room 7 which was comfortable
