I arrived late in the day without a booking and the manager couldn't have been more helpful. My room was away from the main road so lovely and quiet. It was very spacious and although the hotel is a bit dated, it has been updated to a good level of comfort. Lovely bed and very clean, good TV, wifi worked well, little kitchenette area with fridge & sink, and nice hot shower in clean bathroom. Manager was very helpful and said just to ring him if I needed anything. I would certainly stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending the Sandcastle Motel. Conveniently located, clean, has a pool and good amenities and is good value.
