The Lanjang valley Bungalow

Is very beautiful, good location, and confortable.

The staffs are very poor. Horrible service! I ask for they if was possible to extend my stay, and they say yes. So I pay in advance for one more day, and then I go to the beach. For my surprise, when I back from the beach in night, all my stuffs (including my toothbrush and my underwear’s) was throwed in the floor, out of the room. They said to me that was a confuse, the room was booked. But this never do with someone! Is ridiculous. So was horrible to me, because also I didn’t some place to sleep, and how was in the night, is very very difficulty to find some place to stay in Nusa Penida. Bad experience, I DONT RECOMMEND.

NOTHING AT ALL

1. Safety: - its a construction site not even a habitable area - This site was located on the side of the road where it was accessible to any passing person and animal. - The locks on the door’s to the villas did not lock properly at all. - The villa keepers were not present at all after hours for security or support. - We did not feel safe as female’s living in these villas. - The entrance to the villa was on steep cliff with steep stairs, with no support. Very dangerous when carrying luggage down. There are photos to prove physical evidence of what they look like. 2. Location - In a hole, where there was no scenery as advertised - The villas were deep in the hole and were out of sight. - even though it was close to the main road, it was very secluded. - There was no neighbouring locals, villas or civilisation around. - It was hard for taxis to find the villa, as it was not at eye level at all. 3. Privacy - very thin walls - No alone space, surrounding people in other villas can hear everything. 4. General aesthetic: - The room does not have a proper functioning light, which was very scary at night. - Dead ants and bugs were found inside the duvet and pillow covers. - They used a TOILET PAPER to decor the room - The bathroom was of very very poor quality, with again one functioning small strength light. - The pool was very dirty - The care-takers were very absent and not professional. - There is no reception at all and their contact numbers do not work.

The owner was very friendly and jolly. The stay was at a wonderful location and everything was well maintained and clean.

Swimming pool and location were great, staff super friendly, she even went for petrol for us as we ran out. They offer laundry service.

Only dissapointed with the bathroom, of two days the first one didnt have hot water at all and the next day we only had for 3 minutes. Also there were ceremonies the two nights with noisy music until about 11.30pm.
