The Lanjang valley Bungalow

Beds were comfortable Nice view of the jungle Really nice and friendly staff who would do anything they could.

Walking up all those stairs all the time wasn’t fun. Staff were so nice and friendly, it’s just a shame they couldn’t really communicate well in English. Wifi patchy, sometimes didn’t work at all. No hot water Walls to the bungalows have holes, so you’re sleeping with many critters. Centipedes, huge spiders, cockroaches, geckos (the geckos poo everywhere inside the room, especially in the bathroom. My friend found a poo on his bed, and was peed on by a gecko in the middle of the night. Had three nights, would have checked out early if it wasn’t for the rain

Everything was amazing , the people who work there are wonderful and the place is super clean and comfortable, of course I would return and I recommend it 100%, they recommend the best places on the island and help you with everything you need.

The lady working there was alone and sometimes couldn't be available for services, but she tried her best all the time. She always had a smile on her face and helped the best she could.

The main road that is right next to the hotel is very noisy, shame. We had a few very noisy geckos living in/ around the bungalow, we would find new poos every morning somewhere in the bungalow and during our stay no-one cleaned the room.

The hotel provides a comfortable bed, but the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. Additionally, the staff isn't always available at the counter, which affects customer service. It's a decent option if you only plan to use it for sleeping and spend most of your time outside. The location is very convenient for visiting tourist places.

Everything was bad

Doors are broken, sheets are dirty, the light is very dark in rooms, impossible to see. The toilet is broken. The breakfast the worst thing ever. The forks are dirty. Glasses are dirty. I was disgusted to it there and asked for refund. Everything is old and dirty. Nobody beside owner speaks English! Impossible to communicate and ask anybody. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Worst stay ever!!!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Helps to rent scooter and taxi.

Excellent location just 10 min away from the port The bed was comfortable and clean room Breakfast was really tasty and fresh

Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance so we couldn’t get in :(
