The basin is very high, awkward position. Mattresses are very hard.

Really nice staff and excellent facilities and location. We always felt looked after. The food was excellent. Very close to the beach.

My room was situated in a wing that faced rice fields, which was lovely and soothing to see. The bed was comfy, there was sufficient provision for clothes and other items, and a kettle for making tea or coffee. Small bottles of water were provided each day, along with small cellophane bags of sweet snacks. The room was small, but not oppressively so. I ate breakfast each day at the restaurant, which was lovely. Sometimes lunch and dinner too. The pool area was small, befitting the size of the guesthouse, and had adequate loungers and chairs. I had several Bali massages at the guesthouse spa, which were excellent. The staff were all lovely.

I would have loved a mirror near to a power outlet so I could use a hairdryer. It took me a while to work out how best to use the shower. One showerhead didn't have much pressure and the other sprayed about unless I held it. Eventually I realised the best strategy was to use the hand-held showerhead, and turn it off in between rinses. This worked well. Ideally, guests at Nirmala would have their own transport. I didn't. If I was visiting again I'd be sure to plan better for this.

the common pool area is Awesome.

Airconditioner doesnt work properly. Bathroom smells terrible.

Great friendly stay for our family of 4 ( including a 10 and 12 yo). Quick walk to keramas and Kommune. Restaurant was great for meals Rooms clean and air con good working order. Nice pool on location

Tiles got a bit slippery after surfs so mats would be good to dry feet

Very relaxing atmosphere, great staff, nice breakfast..

Upstairs room could do with a fresh paint smelled a bit stale.

Beautiful location and ambience. Loved the vibe here, very clean, peaceful and chilled out. Also just 300 yds from keramas surf break.
