I did not like anything in this hotel.

They do not answer the messages. I tried to contact them on Booking before the reservation because I have a gluten allergy. They did not answer. I tried to contact them three more times about the food. I paid for dinner and breakfast and for the price, you would think the would adapt the menu. Think again. Not only did they not adapt the menu I paid for, they told me they couldn't change any of the meals and did not research anything in order to cook something gluten free. I mean: it is pretty simple. Eggs, rice, vegetables and fruits. No need to reinvent the wheel. They served dinner to me as I was not allergic and I had to watch all the food I had paid for and couldn't eat in front of me. I tried messaging them to prepare for this in case the hotel couldn't prepare anything gluten free and they didn't answer so I had no food in me at the time. As they are far from any supermarket, I basically couldn't eat anything and they did not seem to care. When we checked in, the room was old and the bathroom was dirty, so that added salt to the wound. They also did not care to explain anything about the onsen or the public bath and we started to think that they did not want us to enjoy the facilities because we were foreigners. Do not get me wrong: we went there because of the onsen and the food. We had to leave after one night. We wrote customer service at Booking and the hotel didn't even answer when Booking tried to contact them. They also did not change the reservation and they did not answer for days to my claims or bookings claims. We lost al the money we paid because of the hotel and we had to pay more to leave to another place because I couldn't eat anything. To this day, the have refunded only 1/4 of what I paid for. Not even the service fee. I would not stay here if I were you because Booking does not help either when you try to recover your money. For me it is a health issue and the hotel did not care.

저녁식사가 너무 아쉬웠음 유투브보고 선택해서 어른들 모시고 갔는데 식사가 부실했어요 노천탕도 찬물 수도 하나밖에 없어서 샤워하기 힘들어서 대욕장에서 씻은후 몸만담그고 와야해서 불편했어요 숙박비에 목욕비용 포함인줄알았는데 체크아웃할때 한명당 돈을더내야함

Great staff who did everything to ensure we enjoyed our stay. If you arrive by train ask the very friendly Tourist Information Office staff at the station to call the hotel and they will come and pick you up very promptly.

일단 전망이 너무나도 좋았고 직원분들이 전부 친절했어요! 노천탕도 가이세키도 조식도 정말 좋고 편하게 잘 쓰다 갑니다. 특히 와규가 짘짜 부드럽고 맛있었네요. 저희가 간 날이 그런진 잘 모르겠지만, 사람이 없는게 오히려 편하고 한적하니 좋았던 것 같아요.

아쉬운 점 전혀 없지만, 구지 뽑자면 히타 시내랑 조금 멀다? 그래서 렌트카 있는 분들은 오기 편한데 뚜벅이 분들은… 그래도 그걸 감안하더라도 문제 없을 정도로 너무 좋았어요!
