It was absolutely AMAZING🤩The staff was so caring🥰Ask them if you don’t know how to wear your Yukata. Everything was perfect. We went for both of our birthdays with my boyfriend and they even gave us presents🎁while we were at dinner. Speaking of the dinner; It was incredible. The dinner is self would have cost more than the price of the night outside of Amagase. The breakfast was also very rich, very traditional. I think the price is pretty affordable for the quality of service.👍The staff was so good to us. They even got us to the train station the day we left ! The onsens where so relaxing♨️ I highly recommend you to stay at this place. It is the best place that I stayed at in Japan so far and I’ve been here for a month☺️ the futons are surprisingly very comfortable. Even though we took the least expensive room was very big and beautiful. THANK YOU so much ! love💕

One of the best dining offers from the onsen hotels. Excellent service from the restaurant and concierge.

A bit dated and the town is small but you could travel to the nearby Aso National Park within an hour by car, that is great!
