GBGBGBGBWas a not bad stay, owner good communication and fast resolve issues about heating. Let our dogs for free of charge was very nice gesture.
Maybe offer sheets etc, bit more deep clean, and offer cleaning supplies and vacuum.
GBIt was in an ideal quiet location perfect for a long weekend owner was very friendly and just phone call away when needed

The cleanliness and hygiene. The fact that I've raised a dispute and still have yet to hear back from both booking.com and the owner of the caravan. All the utensils, and kitchen equipment were absolutely disgusting. Could not use anything. Broken furniture which left it unsafe. Head and pubic hairs everywhere. Muddy and dusty floor. Old bottles and rubbish around sofa and on floor. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
