Hi-Lo Motel, Cafe and RV Park Mount Shasta Area

Great motel in a safe area. My only complaint is that the AC/heater was loud and making a metal sound off the fan.

Good location. Pretty quiet. Dining nearby. Pay attention when you are booking! Basic level does not offer anything! It's just a room to sleep in ... no fridge, microwave, and even coffee maker! Just for extra 10$ a night the next level of the room offers all these amenities.

Nice old motel with cafe. Wonderful staff in both. Shout out to Robin in the cafe. My only complaint is that there's no in-room coffee maker. You get free coffee in the cafe when you stay there, but they don't open until 7am. I get up at 5, so that was inconvenient. Cafe has terrific food and a full bar. My room was clean and comfortable, but older.

Very pleasant staff, room was clean annd spacious. TV was having issues but office was on it and resolved the problem quickly. Bed was comfortable.

Like this little place. Only stayed one night, but will definitely stay again hopefully a bit longer.

You knew right away the management changed for the worse we have been there many times in the past what was once a busy place was now lifeless and empty. Our room was old and run down with no updates the room smelt very bad the blinds in the bathroom were broken to where someone could see in. I don't recommend for anyone to stay there Under new management not worth anything.
