Location was easy to find.

We had to fix one of the beds that had a broken box spring. It was not supported properly on the bed frame. The faucet leaked all over the counter top due to a rotten aerator, and it could use a taller toilet. A/C had to run all night to keep a comfortable temperature and did not shut off.
