The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff was incredibly attentive and the food was delicious. We felt so relaxed and wished we could've stayed longer. The rooms were so much bigger and comfortable than we anticipated. They have a convenient shuttle that would come and get you from the ropeway station or bus stop whenever you called.

Relaxing and nice staff

There was only 1 seat for relaxation, small room, bath too hot for a roten-buro, really far from the train station and had to wait for a ride with nothing around the bus stop.

I had the most amazing time here and can’t wait to come back next time! If you love Japanese cuisine, the chef here creates the most exquisite dishes. Nature was kind to us too—we were lucky enough to enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji right from the specific room we chose. A huge thank you to the incredible staff for their warm hospitality, especially Binod, who was absolutely spectacular. The onsen was a lifesaver after days of endless walking—it worked wonders on my tired body and got me ready to explore all over again. Hakone is truly a beautiful, peaceful getaway. We’ll definitely be back! It’s not cheap but It is well worth the price we paid. Take care, and see you again soon.

Everything was great, room was big compared to others we've stayed in. I don't know what was more comfortable, the bath or the beds.

This hotel was incredible! We booked the western suite with private onsen Mount Fuji view for our 25th anniversary and it was perfect! Beautiful hotel, room, grounds, dining and exceptional service! Many thanks to Binod Budha Magar for all his help prior to arrival and in person! Highly recommend!!
