こちらに2泊3日で宿泊しました。到着前のメール対応からとても丁寧で安心して滞在を迎えられました。 朝食・夕食ともに豪華で、どのお料理も本当に美味しく、ドイツ人の夫もすべて大絶賛していました。お部屋のプライベート温泉で、周りを気にせずゆっくり過ごせたのもとても良かったです。 スタッフの皆さんも優しく親切で、最初から最後まで気持ちよく過ごせました。またぜひ訪れたい素敵なお宿です。

Having a private onsen on your own little balcony was heaven. Our room was super comfortable, the staff were amazing - best of the 5 hotels were stayed at in Japan. The location is stunning with views of Mt Fuji and located in a wooded area at the top of a mountain. Breakfasts and dinners was exquisite - the chef guided us into a beautifully harmonized journey of flavors — truly an artist of Japanese cuisine. Michelin level, private restaurant. 「美しく忘れがたい味の旅へと誘ってくれた、日本料理の真の芸術家です。」

Everything was absolutely perfect

The hotel was pure comfort from the minute we arrived. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed. The onsen was amazing and enjoyable. The views from the hotel were incredible and close to so many attractions including the ropeway which enabled us to see Gora Park, the volcanic fissures emanating steam and the lake which you could walk around, not forgetting the view of Mount Fuji which you can see from the hotel and even the bus stop at the end of the road. The food was delicious and gave us an incredible experience of Japanese cuisine.
