Es personal es súper amable y atento, siempre pendientes de que esteas lo más cómodo posible. La habitación amplia, limpieza 10, onsen privado.

No esta muy bien ubicado. El pueblo más cercano esta a 7m en taxi. Hay una parada de bus pero pasa muy poco. El alojamiento es perfecto si buscas desconexión y relax

とてもお洒落で、部屋も綺麗でした。 ウエルカムドリンクのお茶がとても美味しかったです。 貸し切り温泉もとても良いお湯でしたし、脱衣場はアメニティも揃っており便利で、清潔感もありました。

お部屋の洗面台に小物が置ける台のようなスペースがあると助かります。

朝食とスタッフは基本的に良い

建物がボロボロで立て付けが悪いとこがある 温泉が外のテラスから覗けてしまう 温泉は熱すぎるし、湯のかけ流しが遅いから汚いし、入ってすぐ脱衣所なのに、廊下に繋がる扉は鍵がかけられなくて怖い　1人3万でこれはない

オーベルジュであることを知らず、箱根の温泉でゆっくりしたいと急遽予約して向かいました。大型ホテルのようなサービスを期待する方には向かないと思いますが、静けさや落ち着き・温かなホスピタリティ等を求める方にはオススメです。次回はぜひ食事付きでお世話になりたいと思っています。（温泉が素晴らしいのは言うまでもありません）

We loved our stay, the setting is homely and beautiful and the staff are incredible. We had a lovely tea on arrival then enjoyed our Japanese style room, you can book the private onsen on the day by writing on the board on the door, it is very easy and accessible. The beds were so comfortable and the place was very tranquil. Highly recommended :)

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Tolle Lage mit Bus Haltestelle oberhalb der Gondel. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit zwei Onsen (inkl. geteilten Waschräumen). Zimmer sauber und groß. Leckere Kleinigkeiten zum Kaffee mit toller Aussicht auf Berge & Meer.

L’emplacement à quelques minutes à pied du téléphérique. La gentillesse du personnel. L’expérience du onsen en privé

Ce n’est pas vraiment que je n’ai pas aimé mais il faut dire à l’hôtel deux jours en avance si vous voulez manger le soir car il n’y a pas grand chose autour.
