We had the pleasure of enjoying a free weekend during a business trip in the picturesque Hakone region. Together with two colleagues, we managed to book this small hotel shortly beforehand, despite the area being highly popular with tourists who were visiting the beautiful landscape. Accommodation and Service The hotel itself is a charming, small establishment with only six rooms. The host lady was exceptionally polite and accommodating. Since all meals needed to be booked two days in advance, she proactively assisted us in ordering external food delivery. Culinary Highlights and Amenities It is worth noting that the hotel’s chef is star-decorated and exclusively uses fresh, high-quality ingredients. Another major highlight is the fabulous Onsen (hot spring spa), which can be reserved privately, ensuring a particularly relaxing experience. Conclusion and Future Plans We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return. It is also perfectly suited for bringing family along to showcase the traditional Japanese hotel rooms and the exclusive Onsen facilities. Domo arigato!

Het ziet er prachtig uit en de medewerkers werken echt super hard om het fantastisch te maken. Het ontbijt was echt een feestje! Zorg dat je met veel honger aan het ontbijt begint, want alles is lekker! En elke dag anders.

We misten toch een douche in de kamer. Hoewel de onsen natuurlijk fantastisch is, ga je dus naar de onsen voor je douche en bad. Dus het is niet echt een minpunt, maar meer een gewoonte die wij niet gewend zijn.

L'emplacement en plein milieu de la nature, la propreté et l'élégance de l'hôtel sont vraiment plaisant ! Les onsens privatifs avec la vue sur la montagne sont vraiment agréables. Le petit plus : le Yukata prêté le temps du séjour 😜 Bref je recommande !

Comme le dise de nombreux commentaires, le manque de commerces à proximité de l'hôtel est le point négatif cependant le personnel m'avait de suite mise en garde ce qui m'a permise d'organiser mes vacances en conséquence donc merci encore à eux 😉

This hotel offers great prices and very accommodating and spacious rooms. The service and hospitality are unmatched. The hosts try to ensure the guest is very comfortable and throughout my short stay of 2 days with a friend, I did feel very much at home. The onsens that are offered here can be booked 24/7 through reservation by using the board at the door of the onsen, there are two available ones: Hot and Lukewarm, as a foreigner I considered lukewarm to be ideal! While it is not directly connected to Gora, it's very easy to reach through Public Transit like the cable car which includes a bit of a walk and or a bus that also commutes there directly. I'll definitely be returning here whenever the opportunity presents itself! Thank you very much to the hosts for being so accommodating!
