"This was a wonderful experience from start to finish!"

Such a well-kept and lovely ryokan!!! Everything was so clean and set up nicely. The open air hot bath was INCREDIBLE! Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious—- so many foods to try. Our futons were soooo comfortable to sleep on. The property is about a 10 min walk from the bus station which was pretty convenient. Lastly— the staff were all so wonderful and sweet! My partner and I would love to come back here if ever in Hakone again.

The food was good

It didn't have a bar, so when dinner finished about 8pm there was nothing to do in the hotel. Also the location was rural so no opportunity to go out.

Extremely accommodating staff. Cozy feeling and delicious food.

This is just a small dislike but the hot bath on the balcony of our room smelled a little bad. I think it is from the sulfur or minerals of the water. I was still able to use and enjoy it and relax.

Tout était parfait. Les repas servis dans des pièces privées étaient délicieux. Les chambres avec onsen privatif ont une vue magnifique. C'était une parenthèse idyllique lors de notre voyage.
