Jesteśmy pod ogromnym wrażeniem nienagannej japońskiej gościnności ze strony całego personelu. Pracownicy ryokanu byli niezwykle pomocni - wsparli nas w organizacji trasy podróży oraz zadbali o bezproblemowy transport bagaży pozwalając nam w pełni skupić się na wypoczynku. Podczas pobytu wszyscy pracownicy hotelu byli niezmiernie mili ale szczególne podziękowania należą się naszej osobistej opiekunce, która dbała o nasz pobyt i m. in. serwowała posiłki. Mieliśmy fantastyczne doznania kulinarne podczas kolacji kaiseki oraz wspaniałego śniadania. Wszyscy świetnie się bawilismy, delektując się oryginalnymi, wykwintnymi daniami na absolutnie najwyższym poziomie. Każde danie to małe dzieło sztuki o wspaniałym smaku, konsystencji, kolorze w dodatku pięknie udekorowane. Wystrój całego obiektu doskonale oddaje klimat tradycyjnego japońskiego zajazdu. Pokoje są idealnie czyste i emanują subtelnym luksusem, a tradycyjne łóżka z futonem okazały się bardzo wygodne. Cudownym, relaksującym doświadczeniem był prywatny onsen. Widok na górę Fuji był po prostu niesamowity - teraz już w pełni rozumiemy, dlaczego ten szczyt tak bardzo wszystkich fascynuje.

Outstanding property and service. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the 1 night we were there. Highly recommend it for couples looking for a getaway to relax in the Hakone area. We had a room with a private Onsen, but also used the separate bookable Onsen hut on the grounds. They also have additional mens/women’s Onsen though they are open to everyone. The dinner was fantastic as well as breakfast the next morning. Staff helped us get our luggage forwarded back to Hakone-yumoto train station on our checkout day, and they even gave us a shuttle lift to Hakone shrine upon checkout to start our journey back/exploring. 5 stars! Cannot wait to return the next time we visit Japan! Shout out to Tet on the staff, as she was lovely and very helpful during our stay.

That the trip was too short :(

- Personal und Service war sehr sehr gut - Räumlichkeiten waren sehr großzügig - Umgang/ Regeln Ryokan/ Onsen wurden gut erklärt - Hotel etwas abgelegen (wie von uns gewünscht) - Essen war außergewöhnlich gut, Zeiten klar kommuniziert; wenig Spielraum

Yoshimatsu was an absolutely beautiful place to stay for a few days in the Hakone region. The ryokan has beautiful gardens, spacious rooms with separate bedroom. The staff are exceptional. This is a traditional ryokan so slippers to be used inside. Onsens are great with indoor and outdoor pools. The property was so quiet and peaceful. Perfect for decompressing after visiting busy cities. We would stay there again.

We purchased the half board option and were provided breakfast and dinner. Be aware the food is traditional Japanese food, many courses, served in our room - but you need to enjoy traditional food.
