Roslin Glamping

The shepherd huts are beautifully finished and impeccably maintained, offering a clean, simple, and cosy feel in an outstanding location. The owners are warm, welcoming, and friendly. Thank you very much, and we'll return!

This was one of the best stays we had! It was the perfect little getaway we needed to relax. Waking up to sunrise in a wide open field was bliss. Genuinely a memory I won’t forget. We had everything we needed. The private bathroom was 15 seconds from the cabin, with a shower and hot water. Mike and Leanne were amazing and made us feel so comfortable. They gave us a tour of their farm, teaching us about lambing. They were both also very easy to get a hold of. We came when the weather wasn’t great, and they gave us an extra heater, you can’t go wrong with glamping here! The location was perfect for us, surrounded by greenery a short drive into Edinburgh city, and really close to the coasting (must try if you’re staying here!) P.s if you’re driving from Edinburgh city to Roslin glamping, when you’re close, google maps will try to take you down this one weird dirt road. Ignore it and go straight ahead. It’s a 30 sec detour. But worth driving on proper roads. If you’ve never tried glamping, I’d highly recommend staying here!

Everything was fantastic! Michael is lovely and super helpful.

An amazing getaway location, tucked away in stunning countryside not far from Edinburgh via train. The host, Michael, is a lovely bloke and really welcoming. Everything about the cabin was perfect - well designed, well built, clean, tidy, comfortable, private, and just really well thought out. The private toilet was a bonus, and very close to the cabin itself. We used the BBQ two nights we were there, which again was in top notch condition and clean, with charcoal provided free of charge. Just small touches like that went a long way to making this the perfect place for a long weekend. Highly recommend this cabin to all, I'll definitely be staying again should we be travelling nearby.

I had such a peaceful stay at Roslin Glamping. Michael and Lynne were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about the place. Everything was spotless, the bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the farm itself is beautiful. The views are lovely and it feels very calm and relaxing. Michael took the time to give me a tour, which I really enjoyed. The horses are gorgeous. The caravan was comfortable and just the right size for me. It was simple, cozy, and exactly what I needed. Waking up to the sunrise there was really special. It was such a quite, restful experience, and I will happily stay there again in the future.

Very friendly hosts, place was so relaxing and peaceful. Facilities were great, very clean.
