The owner Michael was a great guy! The setting was amazing. Chilled vibe and great views. Toilet /shower facilities were amazing.

Rückblickend war das mit die beste Unterkunft für uns in Schottland. Man kommt vom Flughafen super easy hier her und für den City Bummel in Edinburgh sind wir zum Straiton Park and Ride gefahren, wo man kostenfrei parken kann und dann mit dem Local Bus in die City reinkommt. Das können wir nur jedem so empfehlen! Michael hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Es gibt 2 Sheperd Huts und ein Zelt, welches aber schon abgebaut war. Jeder Schlafplatz hat eine eigene Badezimmer Hütte, mit WC, Dusche, Waschbecken. Dann gibt es noch eine kleine Hütte mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Spüle. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Wagen war super gemütlich und ich hab ihn den restlichen Urlaub vermisst. Am Liebsten hätte ich dort den ganzen Urlaub verbracht. 🥰 Es gibt ein Bett, ein Sofa, ein Sideboard, wo Wasserkocher und Geschirr unterkommen. Die elektrische Heizung haben wir dankend genutzt. Es war sehr windig und frisch als wir da waren. Es war einfach nur herrlich! Michael, many thanks for this awesome place. Bucht es, wenn es frei ist! Das wir nur zwei Nächte gebucht haben! 🥲

Both Michael and Lynne were exceptional hosts; very warm and welcoming. Michael gave me a lovely tour of the farm complete with introductions to the horses and a history of the land. Lynne gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival, checked in with us on our day of departure. On the day of our departure Uber was not responding. Lynne so graciously dropped us in town so we could catch our bus! So grateful for her help! We loved that the property was extremely peaceful, private and quiet. The shepherds hut, bathroom and shared kitchen were all very well equipped. The shepherds hut especially was so lovingly decorated and all items of high quality. Every detailed was well thought out. The countryside was so beautiful. We enjoyed our hike to Rosslyn Chapel.

L'emplacement géographique, le calme du lieu, la vue sur les champs (les moutons et les hirondelles), l'originalité des roulottes, l'accueil chaleureux. Nous aimerions revenir, Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse, Merci à vous pour ce logement insolite.

Nous vous conseillons de prendre la voiture plutôt que le train pour visiter Edimbourg. L'option petit-déjeuner serait appréciable ... et déposé dans un panier devant la roulotte serait le rêve.
