The staff is lovely. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend ordering dinner and breakfast here. The onsen it self is great with 24hr availability. Price is excellent.

"Lovely holiday village in the forest with private onsens"

Fantastic location for holiday village. The accommodation is basic but clean and we had a beno box supper delivered to our door which was very exciting. The private onsen are lovely and look out into the forest. We went three times

We had to make our own beds and the lighting wasnt great - minor points

Private bath is wonderful!

It may not say clearly on the hotel description or booking instructions, but make sure you also book the meal in advance as it is difficult to find places to dine.
