room design for family is great, hot spring great

very ridiculous that the hot spring would not provide towel. The air conditioner and ventilation at the restaurant was bad for Yakiniku

* Very nice atmosphere, globally * The exterior bath's very nice, though not very hot. Was very nice after hiking * The 'room, is cute and completelly clean. Blanket's very warm and nice * 1 Km away from Choujabaru, that makes it very convenient for hikers like me * Staff was nice and polite

* Well overpriced : not many guesthouses nearby, so that's understandable, but still. * I couldn't go to the restaurant and had to order a Bento, which was really... Bad. 1000 円 to eat something that could have been bought from a kombini, in such a place, was very sad. At least the delivery to the chamber was practical * If you wanna go to the onsen, you have to bring your own towel, or rent one from the desk. With the paid price, I thought that was gonna be free.... * No trash bin to be seen. Not very practical when you go back from hiking.

Room was decent. Wifi was good.

No towel or coffee available Need to walk 8-10min to dining location which was a nightmare in the rain and darkness. Need to walk 5min to the public bath in the cold and rain. Staff don't speak English. Have to set up futon on our own.
