They remembered me and made an effort to accomodate my personal needs for the room based on my comments last time. It's wonderful to deal with a real person, not just some computer algorithm that tells the staff what I like in my room.

The TV color was way off. There was a loud whining noise when the toilet refilled. Anf there were 4 pillows on each bed, but they were like square half size pillows. Lol
USI have stayed here many times and every time is just as the same, so welcoming and friendly. It’s so quiet. The pillows are comfortable and the bed is as well. I will never have anything bad to say about this place. I love it and will always stay here and don’t mind the drive to the places I need to go because of how safe I feel.
