USThe service was the best I’d ever received. I believe she’s the owner and you can tell she loves helping people. I had just gotten out of the hospital and came to stay at this hotel when my fiance and I ran into some problems and my friend brought a dog (we forgot to check if it was pet friendly). With no hesitation she voided the charge and wished us luck and told us if we needed to come back we could. She even made us snack bags and let us keep them. The sweetest lady I’ve ever met in customer service. If I’m ever staying in LA, this is my #1 choice.

USI liked that i felt appreciated from the moment i checked in to the moment i checked out. The rooms thou not the newest they were nice,comfortable and clean. I would most definitely stay there again
