Samphire Ark 900

Lovely continental breakfast, peaceful quiet location.

The area was nice. The Ark was very well equipped and cleverly designed for such a small space

Unfortunately the Ark was VERY smelly. We didnt stay the first night due to poor weather. On our arrival the 2nd night the Ark stank of poo and the smell was overpowering. We tried to leave the door and windows open but the wind was too strong outside. Also, because the tide was so far out, actually, the Ark is just sat on a sea of green slime. Obviously at other tide times you would be sitting above water, but we never saw that, just miles of green estuary slime

Location and concept

The mattress was poor. Appreciate it’s a converted bed by quality of mattress and pillows spoiled the trip.

The location is amazing. It is so beautiful and so peaceful. The interior has been done to and amazing standard we felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave!

Would 100% recommend this place. Great little find . Host was very helpful. Very relaxing.

This is our third time of staying here!! It has everything you need and it’s such a peaceful place to stay! It’s clean and comfortable and the breakfast Steph leaves is great!

everything. breakfast was provided coffee facilities mini fridge, 2 small bottles of Proseccos included which I thought was a nice touch. friendly staff would highly Recommend

I’m struggling to find a negative. I’m 6ft 3in. and I found the bed comfortable, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone around 6ft 5 who’s sharing.

Loved the quiet atmosphere at the harbour Lovely breakfast provided. Beautiful walk around Thorney Island Great communication from the host. Luxurious items provided such as: dressing gown toiletries and adaptive lighting.
