good location , well designed internally . cosy & comfortable .

This arc was in an incredible location and we enjoyed watching the tide come in and go out and just soak up the atmosphere of this lovely marina. We were also lucky with the weather and enjoyed having breakfast on the decking. The arc was also very comfortable and well equipped.

Everything. It was quite stunning. Beautifully appointed with so many lovely touches. Modern, clean, cosy, amazing selection for breakfast, comfy bed, good shower, cosy robes, stunning location and friendly helpful staff 💕💕

Location was excellent for getting into Emsworth and surrounding area. Breakfast provided was very nice and added bonus of free Netflix was appreciated. Bed extremely comfortable. Quiet surrounding area and feeding swans on decking area was lovely! Staff on harbour site and at local restaurant The Deck were wonderful!

Bathroom/shower area was very small but unsurprising for quirky nature of the accommodation.

A very well designed and comfortable holiday ‘pod boat’ with all facilities. Quality of the internal fittings and kitchen appliances is excellent and the welcome pack of breakfast food and a bottle of Prosecco was greatly appreciated! Delightful position berthed in a small marina with the coast path nearby and plenty of scenic walks, or just sit in the chairs on deck in the sunshine and watch the tidal wildlife. An ideal retreat for those seeking solitude and an escape from the stress of daily life. Good centre from which to visit Chichester, Portsmouth, and the picturesque villages of Emsworth and Bosham. Highly recommended.

You should be aware that, as in most boats, there is only a very tiny fridge/chiller. It cannot accommodate any bottles of wine, etc. I also found my car essential when going out to eat, as there is nothing on site and the very narrow country lane from the marina is not ideal for pedestrians. The nearest place for a meal is about a mile away. These minor points are more for information than expressing ‘dislike’ as they certainly didn’t detract from the enjoyment of my stay.
