Very dated and tired. The accommodation was extremely dirty. We spent hours cleaning to get it to an acceptable level. The accommodation needs a deep clean and kept to a decent standard of cleanliness for it to be a holiday let.

No bath towels and as we forgot to bring them, we had to use the hand towels. So remember to bring them.

rubbish/recycling areas were overflowing - very poor
GBThe caravan was very nicely located, a large green space on one side and a short walk from the sit facilities. There was plenty of space with 2 bathrooms to choose from and a cosy feel all round. Roger left a bottle of bubbly on the table for us which was a lovely surprise for our Christmas break. Roger was also very good at communicating in the run up to our stay which was appreciated.
The caravan as a whole was not as clean as I would have expected for a property that is being let out. The bathrooms were in need of a deep clean and the hoover smelt absolutely horrendous when used. We tried to sweep instead but were unable to find a dustpan and brush.

Paying for a pass to use the facilities. Yes, I can appreciate having to pay for the gym, sauna pool, etc. but we never used them but still had to buy a 3 day pass to use the bar, which at over £20 per person is a joke.
