Very clean, walk into Richmond. On a busy road but quiet nevertheless. Only one staff member but he was friendly and welcoming

Mattress uncomfortable - I guess this is standard for motels of this age (dating from 1980s/90s) but I there are very comfortable reasonably priced mattresses available these days and I so wish they’d update.

Location was good, communication ok, good value.

Old AC wall unit, worked fine but was pretty loud. Definitely do with new carpet, pretty stained.
