SureStay Hotel by Best Western, New Inn Richmond

We're from over the hill. It's good to find reasonably priced accm in this area. Rooms were spacious, clean and welcoming. Recommend.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable....the tea and coffee facilities were generous...

Window insert air con was quite noisy ... The shower was over the bath which made it a little difficult to access for someone with knee problems but at least it had a grab rail to hold on to access and unaccess the shower... I know it was beyond control as we booked the last room but would have been nice to be on the ground level rather than having to climb 15 steps to access unit....

Affordable and close to restaurants and shops

I requested an accessible bathroom and ground floor for my elderly parents, they were allocated room 15. They were given a top floor (via stairs) with a shower over a bath with a large step up. 3 hours after they arrived I received a phone call saying the room is ready room 20. I advised them they have already checked in with the sms that was previously sent. At 9pm they had a stranger knock on the door the door saying they had also been allocated that room.

Good size room. Everything we needed.

Uncomfortable beds/pillows. Not a great night sleep. Air con was old and very noisy.

It was close to wear I needed to be and overall comfortable
