景色が綺麗だった。 お風呂が24時間で良かった

事前に自分が確認しないと、雪での冬の閉鎖道を知らせてくれなかった。ナビで行っても閉鎖されてて不安だった。

スタッフの方が本当に親切でした。 当日、大雪だったのですがわざわざお電話をしてきて下さり、迎えにきてくださりました。 大雪でスタッドレスタイヤのタクシーでも行けないくらいの大雪でしたので自家用車で行ったら確実にスリップしてそのままいけなくなっていたと思います。 ホテルの朝食も非常に美味しく、室内も綺麗でした。 先日はお世話になりました。 伊香保に来たらまた使わせて頂きたいです。
