夕飯初めて食べました。料亭みたいなコースでよかった。

エアコンが最新AIでしたが常に排出して音が気になったり、暑かったので寝る前に消しました。（使い方がわからなかった）

景色がとても素晴らしかった！ スタッフの方たちが明るく、優しい方が多かったです

お風呂のお湯は良かったが、露天はほぼ仕切られ、外がほとんど見えなかった。また脱衣所は、座るところは多いが、ドライヤーが2つしかなかった為、こどもと3人で利用すると他のお客さんもいたため、待ちが長く不便でした。予備のタオルも脱衣所にあると嬉しかった。 また、隣の部屋や上の部屋の音が響きやすく、足音やドアの開け閉めの音は気になりました。

立地が良く、榛名富士を部屋からしっかり見えた。部屋も広くゆったりでき、家族で泊まるには、ちょうど良かった。お風呂がいつでもはいれるのは、時間を気にせず、ゆっくり出来たので、嬉しかったです。また来たいです。

お風呂の天井の汚れ。鍵が2つないので、ちょっと不便。
