Nava Tara Resort

Very nice view from the bed in the morning. Coffeemaker packs of coffee. Nice lounge basic but got a nice invite to sit there. Nice little restaurant till late night. Tree cafe. 7/11. Bus not far away. Beautiful place

There was no wifi password in the room as usual. I arrived late, fortunately I met another guest outside who helped me with that Motorboat is really loud

De plek was aangenaam, wel afgelegen, mooi zicht op de rivier.

Het harde Thaise bed. En de vele muggen die er 's avonds kwamen.

The best thing was the view to the river and greenery and big windows (which could be a little cleaner). Location very close to bus station was also handy.

Nava Tara is located within walking distance of the Takua Pa bus station, which makes it ideal for anyone popping in and out for a short stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and, on top floors at least, a great view of the Takua Pa river. The bed is comfortable, the WiFi good, and power outlets abundant. Staff—a family on the ground floor—are helpful, though knowing some Thai will help.

The hotel is in clear need of a renovation. For the price some niceties are tolerable, but curtains need mending/replacing, windows are cracked, the whole building could do with some TLC. Soap and shampoo in the bathrooms would be a welcome addition.
