"Wonderful."

Spacious and clean room. Luxurious communal bath, great water. Food is good. Foreign guests should have been assigned restaurant staff who can speak a bit of English. Front desk staff is very helpful. Hotel owner greets us everyday.

Even on a winter day, the room feels hot and dry even though I turned off air con.

"Pleasant enough stay for one night"

Onsen including at the sister property. Staff at the dining room were kind.

A bit dated and room lacked TLC. Non responsive to messages in the run up to stay and required this platform’s customer service to sort it out. Food was a bit of a hit and miss as well.
