離れの露天風呂が良かった。

内外一ヶ所ずつしか喫煙所がないのは、喫煙者にはちょっと辛いかもしれませんね。

They have two beautiful indoor onsen and a shuttle to an outdoor onsen in the afternoon that is well worth the visit. Staff are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Dinner was a real treat. As was breakfast. They served ureshino green tea that you can also purchase in the shop on site. Just beautiful place. It's obviously expensive but with the outstanding service, you forget about it and enjoy the stay.

Would have loved the opportunity to stay longer and unwind. We were just passing through.

系列の外湯（しいばの湯）に専用バスで送迎してくれるのは、有難い。ロビー近くにフリードリンクコーナーがありました。

階段が多く、飯・風呂行くのが大変。部屋風呂の浴槽に風情は無い。 レストランスタッフが高年齢者で構成されており、要らぬお節介過ぎる。 朝食の選択肢が無く、全く口に合わなかった。
