the staff were very kind and helpful. the view at night was nice from the bedroom. the stargazing activity was the highlight of our trip. they respected and provided suhoor and iftar. they arranged a nice cake for our daughter's birthday even though we didn't request it, which was very nice of them. overall a very nice experience with the staff.

when we arrived at the meeting point, there was no transport arranged hence we had to wait for almost an hour with a child which was very unpleasant and difficult. next time make sure to keep the transport arrangements ready. the room was warm during the day, and we couldn't shield from the sunlight. it was too hot and sun was directly shining on us. need to do something about that. also, a suggestion for improvement could be a bit more privacy in the bedroom (keep the wardrobe in the bedroom) so that we can change clothes inside the bedroom.

Маркетинговая компания в интернете показывает что отель класса люкс , и цена соответсвенно завышена по стандарту., на деле отель очень старый ., сервис отвратительный., персонал не вежлив.

Практически все., персонал был занят больше собой чем гостями, весь персонал был максимально неприветлив , крове дневного рецепшиониста , номера старые, вода платная даже в номере, еда посредственная , в номере не было даже тапочек.

The location etc was great and the staff were very kind. Especially at reception. The stargazing was great!
