Wadi Rum Bubble Luxotel offers a visually stunning and genuinely unique desert experience, unlike any conventional hotel stay. The concept itself is strong and clearly designed to attract luxury and experiential travelers. However, the execution, particularly in guest comfort and dining quality, does not currently justify the premium pricing. The service team deserves recognition. Staff members were consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, frequently checking on our experience and maintaining a warm and professional attitude throughout our stay.

Upon arrival, the bubble room was cold and not pre-heated, despite the known desert temperatures at night. We were required to manually adjust the air-conditioning to heating mode and wait for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. This is a basic expectation for a luxury desert property and should be prepared in advance, especially when guests leave the room for dinner shortly after check-in. The lack of proactive comfort preparation was immediately noticeable. Public areas, including the lobby and restaurant, were also uncomfortably cold. Rather than enhancing the desert atmosphere, this reduced the overall guest experience. Dinner service was particularly disappointing: most dishes were served cold and did not suit the weather conditions. While the soup itself had good flavor, it arrived cold and had to be reheated before it could be enjoyed. At a rate exceeding AED 1,000 per night, food temperature, quality, and presentation must meet a significantly higher standard. Inside the bubble, cold air continued to circulate even when heating was activated, creating inconsistent and uncomfortable conditions throughout the night. Breakfast the following morning was also below expectations. The selection was limited, and the quality of items such as the jam provided, did not reflect a luxury or premium offering. Overall, the breakfast did not meet the standard expected at this price level.

El desierto de Wadi Rum y este hotel son dos maravillas únicas en el mundo! Repleto de detalles de buen gusto, la cena y el desayuno son buffet y de excelencia! Las instalaciones invitan a quedarse y disfrutarlas. Ziat, como así todo el personal me hicieron sentir bienvenido y en casa. El jacuzzi con vista al desierto es alienigena como todo acá. Hasta trajeron una canasta de frutas de obsequio...podría seguir describiendo este lugar que se me quedó en el corazon

The people working were great. The Bedouins running the camels, the food staff was great. Although they do not get paid what they should. The location was of course great.

There was no warm water the whole time. There was a jacuzzi on site but there was no warm water and only one of the jets work. The people who own this facility are taking advantage of the workers and it hurts to see it. This was the second and last time I will be staying at this facility.

Everything was clean, bed was very comfortable. Food was good, many options and tasty. Ziad was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
