the location is unbeatable. it is isn the middle of the golden zone in bucerías yet quiet and calm. the beach is excellent

The accommodation, the garden, the pool, the beach, the people, the staff….everything…even the music from the restaurant.

The location right on the beach can't be beat. Nothing between you & the sand & the surf ... but your big, private pool! Maria & Lucia & the guys are all super nice. Beautiful place, ideal location.

We would try for a different room next trip because ours was directly behind the Encore restaurant & bar (which does not allow dogs!), so no peace & quiet from 5pm - 10pm. Also, this bungalow is directly in front of the staff laundry area & they are very diligent about doing laundry! Once the cleaning is finished, it's time for the restaurant staff to start prepping & that's pretty noisy.

This is a small (4 room?) beach front property. The room had a large patio area with lots of seating, fridge, cooktop so ideal for an extended stay. Timo and Maria who look after the property were extremely friendly and had a sense of pride which is reflected in the grounds and care of the rooms. Private roped off beach front area. Some great places to eat nearby! I would certainly book to stay here again!

Online communication with the 'manager' was a little slow. I stayed in the open air Palapa. This was fine for me, but not described in the booking details. I believe the other rooms have aircon so important to be thorough on this point when booking.

Lovely place. Very attentive and accomodating staff.

Everything was great, except that so much of the information provided by Booking.com was incorrect. There was no way to communicate with the property before making a complete nonrefundable payment. Afterwards I discovered that you can only reach Unelma through Whatsapp and much of what I learned from Booking (including price and refund policy) was wrong.

Amazing grounds right on the beach. Such beautiful plants and a nice big pool - so fun to take a dip in the pool and then the ocean. Short walk in the sand to restaurants. Gorgeous sunsets, comfortable rooms with great AC and wonderful staff.

Some things around the property were closed for the low season

Cute boutique hotel. Went with some friends. We had it to ourselves most of the time. Disappointed restaurant was closed but it is low season

No king bed. Was a little weird with toilet and sink in one room and shower in other.
