"Great location,friendly people,tents need to be better maintained and cleaned"

We liked the natural pool . We like the place itself as it’s quiet and relaxing .

We asked for a hot tub on the deck as our daughter is using a wheel chair but we didn’t get any reply . We didn’t know who to contact for that as the people at reception only work for the Karoo 1 hotel and not for africamp. So nobody could help us regarding this matter but they were very friendly. Regarding cleanliness , our bedding looked not fresh as we found blood on it and also the pillow cases were differently white colored . The bed was not well made . The bed heating didn’t work properly - it worked only on one side .

"The Africamp tent was ok, but the hotel facilities and maintenance in general need serious attention"

The fossil hike and the tub at the tent

Overall the hotel needs serious maintenance, and the shops are poorly stocked. The road close to the venue is really noisy! Facilities of the hotel not in a good space....

"Super lieu où passer du temps en famille"

Africamps Karoo est un magnifique lieu où il fait bon se retrouver en famille. Il y a de nombreuses activités pour tous les âges. La ferme est vaste et belle que ce soit en randonnée ou bien en se baignant dans la piscine naturelle. Les tentes sont très confortables et bien équipées avec en bonus le hottub. C'était vraiment un super lieu où se retrouver en famille.

"Lovely staff but tranquility spoilt by noise of other guests that went unchecked."

It was nice to try the glamping and easy access to Aquila game reserve which we had traveled to visit.

Very loud and inconsiderate party playing music until early hours. Because you are in a tent the music and noise carry easily and it impossible to sleep both nights. Management should implement a curfew on noise.

"Leuk verblijf voor een dagje Aquila. Park was meer een Safari park. Geen leeuw gezien."

Was dichtbij Aquila Safari park. De tent was compleet, maar niet lux. De hottub kregen we niet aan met het hout en de aanmaakblokjes. Vuur was zo weer uit. Jammer. Restaurant duurde heel erg lang, eten was prima.

Tolle Lage und wunderschöner Landschaft. Das Zelt bietet alles was man braucht und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch der Steinpool ist wunderschön und das Essen ist absolut ok. Sehr sehr netter Service.
