"Amazing place, underneath the stars"

We stayed in a tent, which was great. The tent was big, clean with comfy beds. The pool at the “kloof” was amazing! Tranquil place with a nice view. Also, the hot tub at night, underneath the stars, no words. Plus, their omelette breakfast was by far the best we had in SA! I would 100% recommend this place.

The area is beautiful and everyone is very helpful and friendly

Nobody warned us about the baboons and we were woken up with a giant baboon inside our tented camp. Also i requested a camp with tub on patio because of my mum so she could not enjoy the tub. That was very dissappointing.

Units were nice, everything worked, beds comfy. Africamps are nice, but everything handled on the hotel side was not ideal. Bring own food, do not depend on the restaurant.

Restaurant ran out of most foods and with nowhere else to purchase food was an issue. Had to buy own wood at R50 a small bag (would have brought my own if I knew). Between the indoor fire, braai and keeping the hot tub going had to buy 10 bags a day (R500). No way to light fires so bring own lighter etc.

Beautiful Karoo environment.

Hot tub at tent was broken. Ran out of gas on last day with no back-up bottle at the tent.
