it’s very clean and organised. we didn’t even try hard to find things.

it’s all about heating to be honest. please provide a instruction in the paper on the table with all the steps to follow. The thermostat was little hard to operate as novice but we were able to manage it but with huge effort. So we misunderstood the check out note to switch it off completely heating system. so please make sure you put a note on the boiler to not to make any changes in any case with all the vulnerabilities. thank you.

nicely furnished clean caravan. looked the part. relatively comfortable.

the fact we were forgotten about after traveling for 4 hours didn’t sit well for a start resulting in us not getting in the caravan at the time the owner specified. there was no heating for 2 hours as there is some confusion with the boiler. (told not to touch it then told to touch it!?) had a 2 year old absolutely freezing let a lot the pair of adults. communication difficult with owner.

The caravan was of high standard

The facilities were closed and the owner was very slow and late to confirm booking, receiving deposit and entrance/booking in details

Fantastic caravan with everything you need for your stay. The host was helpful with checking in when arriving and was available if we needed any help or assistance. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Caravan was clean

The resort itself was quite run down, staff not the friendliest and service very slow. With a private rent no access to swimming pool which is a shame. The caravan was lovely 😍 It could benefit from more utensils I.e bowls (only 2) more cutlery etc. A ramp would be beneficial rather than steps for buggies/disabilities/folk with young kids.

-Brocken tap and no tap water in toilet -Delayed response and no wifi in first night -He asked for deposit but it is very hard to get your deposit back despite leaving the property as well as we recieved . (Film and photos are available)

1st and last time I book private I.e not haven. the caravan was dirty the tap in main bathroom doesn’t work.. blinds all falling off and the caravan was freezing .. so turned heating off timer so we didn’t turn to ice cubes .. can’t touch the thermostat as it’s pin coded by owner.. but as I done this he kept my £100 deposit bloody joke .. I never even cooked in the caravan said I buggered the boiler.. nonsense absolute scam.. so we’ll done walker family you bagged £325 for two nights in a dirty unkempt not so luxury caravan !!! 31 belfry
