Gold Plus Caravan

The location comfortable and quiet excellent club house and parking facilities

TV and caravan needs updating shower door didn't shut cooker instructions in the dials couldn't tell the temperature on the oven punch mark in main bedroom door furniture warn not what was advertised no book for customer input

Nice size caravan

The double room bed was terrible it wasn't comfortable at all and was dipped in the middle and really needs replacing, the plates and bowels were dirty and full of mold

Spacious, great location, description was good on how to get to the caravan.

It’s a shame you can’t park closer as it is difficult with luggage but it’s not unachievable

Great location. Holiday park is clean, tidy and well kept. Great facilities and staff are very helpful. The host's communication was very good and the caravan was equipped with everything we needed

Carpet was filthy tears in upholstery shower had plant growing in it hole in bedroom door no travel cot

Filthy left a day early price did not include passes so had to pay extra

Unfortunately the shower door didn't stay closed and the shower head you had to hold because it wouldn't stay in place. There was no pillow case's and under sheet and duvet cover for the pull out bed

Was a great location close to club house shop and entertainment everything was provided was nice and clean

the park was good staff friendly and helpful

caravan dated,main carpet soiled,no plug in main bathroom,cobwebs and spiders debris in double bedroom,ensuite ,and wardrobes .no bedside lamps 1 pillow per person little items but could have made holiday more enjoyable .general standards of facilities within caravan poor .we don't believe this caravan meets the gold plus standard we have enjoyed before at this site .
