The girl who welcomes guests was very helpful and polite.

I found the owner very rude. Since both POS terminals were broken, I couldn’t pay by card for what I had consumed, and since the only ATM on the island was out of service, I had no way to pay in cash. The girl at the reception, after more than an hour of attempts and driving around the island with me to find a working ATM, let us go to avoid wasting more of our time, saying that she had our contact details and would consult with the owner to figure out how to arrange a bank transfer to settle the bill. An hour later, the owner contacted us without even apologizing for the inconvenience and wrote: “the girl in the reception said you have left, please pay your bill.” The message was clearly written as if implying that we didn’t want to pay.

Only downfall was the location close to the mosque which woke us up around 5am every morning And shower pressure was weak but minor compared to the positives the accommodation had to offer

This place truly felt like home. Our host was unbeliviable welcoming and kind from beginning to the end and helped us with everything we needed, from renting snorkeling equipment to booking a boat to our next destination, even going so far as sharing their recepies with us of their delicious dishes. People on the island are very helpful and welcoming as well - the island makes you feel like you have friends wherever you go! Absolutely would and hopefully will visit Kampung Meno again.

Breakfast, staff, cute poo, great surroundings and the owner really tries to do her best to educate and be eco friendly.

The staff was just so friendly. Really welcoming and warm. The restaurant was very good. Great breakfast choices. The room was good, and the water tap just by the door is very handy to get rid of all the sand. They helped us book a snorkelling tour which we loved. All in all a great stay!

The restaurant was at times closed (even during the lunchtime hours they told us before).

Absolutely loved our stay here, we could not of been happier. Extended our stay within hours of being there. The room, pool and grounds are immaculately clean and very well maintained. Amazing room, very comfy bed - lovely homely touches. Towels provided, including beach towels too. Fresh water provided in a dispenser that can be refilled on request. We loved the comfort of our terrace, great to spend time chilling out. Daily breakfast in the on-site restaurant was wonderful, best omelettes we’ve had on our many weeks of travelling Indonesia. We also loved our evening meal there too. Perfect location, close to beach, bars/restaurants and easy walk from harbour. The owner Sylvie and her amazing team make you feel so very welcome from the start, always on hand if you need them, attentive, friendly and professional. Cannot recommend more highly.

Amazing staff and such a nice location. Felt really homey and cosy. We went snorkling in the morning with Sylvie, the owner, and it was magical. Such good food as well, really recommend eating at their restaurant. Would have loved to stay longer.
