One light burned out in bathroom

Horrible room never will stay again and will tell family and friends not to stay. There was another guy complaining about bed bugs.

Within the first 5 minutes of being there we saw THREE roaches. Went to the front desk and he acted like he had no clue there was a problem, even though I've recently read reviews from a year ago stating the same issue. Got our refund and left, disgusting. Not to mention it smelled, the air couldn't be turned off because there were no handles and it was not properly maintained.
USRoom was absolutely nasty. Waited for over 8 hours to check get checked in. Came back again to see if someone was in the office. Found someone to finally get ahold of the office guy, was checked in at 2 am. Went to the room. It was 96 degrees. No lights had to use my phone light. Room was so nasty I had to lay construction bags over the mattress and most deff couldn’t use a blanket to cover up. Piles of trash everywhere. I never knew hotels existed like this in even 3rd world countries. 80 percent of the units were occupied by people permintantly living there. Parting and noise allll night long. Wouldn’t stay if someone paid me

the refrigerator had leftover food from the previous guest. Loud cars going in and out all night. loud neighbors. Ended up leaving at 1230am because of the constant noise.
