USThe location is convenient for visiting Hillsdale College. The manager was accommodating and friendly, provided us ice and a room close to the front, away from the noisy guests at the back building. Shower towels were soft, bedding was clean.
It’s an older property and run down. The shower needs a good deep cleaning and new caulking and non-skid mat; it looked moldy and discolored with rust stains. The room smelled musty and like someone had smoked in it.

It was smelly, no adjustment for the A/C and there was roaches in the room around the microwave and fridge… nastiest place I have ever stayed in…

Bathroom sink faucet in Room 5 hardly worked at all Bathroom floor seemed dirty and greasy. shower door height was low and so was the shower head. Designed for a person of about 5'-0 height. For this reason, water deflected over the panel onto the outside floor.

The fighting and watching women beat on, the pounding on the doors all night the first night. Kids out running until wee hours. People coming from back apartments to front apartments to take showers, must be non working in back. Garbage strown everywhere and maggots coming over edge of dumpster. Remote to tv wouldn't work to turn on/off.....the smell of drugs constantly at night. Let's just say.... you'd be better off to pin your eyes open and drive than stay here.
