Super friendly and helpful staff and top notch services and offerings. Highlight was the scrumptious half board breakfast and dinner + 5 private onsens perfect for couples! Massage chairs are also available for use to relax and overall cleanliness of the whole ryokan was exceptional. Really enjoyed our stay and we are definitely coming back!

A little far from the train and bus station and no shuttle services provided. But taxis are easily available.

スタッフの接客マナー、施設の清潔さ、食事の質、浴場の多さなど全てにおいて素晴らしい。是非もう一度利用したいと思わせる宿でした。

敢えて申し上げれば、施設の構造上の問題だと思いますが、ダイニングや浴場に行くルートが複雑で分かりにくかったことです。

אירוח לבבי ברמה גבוהה, דאגו לכל דבר, הארוחות המסורתיות שופעות ומושקעות, חשיבה על הגשה וטעם. סביבת המלון נחת, פינות חמד, אונסונים מפנקים במיוחד, כאותו מסז ועוד. תחושת פינוק אמיתית. ישנו מצוין על הפוטון, חוויה אותנטית במקסימום נוחות.

צק אאוט בשעה 10, תחושה שלא הספקנו לחוות את המלון עד תומו. האוכל המסורתי היה מאתגר עבורנו ולא היו אלטרנטיבות.
