Emplacement, cadre magnifique, accueil.

our room was great, its the bahia suite, highly recommend for a family of 4, it has two bedrooms, one with a king and the other with two small beds but ok for kids. room has high ceilings, very good light, great bathroom and the toilet is separate and has own sink. service is great, Said the manager is amazing, can't do enough for you, his english is perfect. breakfast was good, could be better with more variety but was adequate. hammam and massages also good, and dinner was very good too. i know it can be overwhelming choosing a riad in marrakesh since so many options and many of them being great, and i have no frame of reference for comparison, but dar akal exceeded my family's expectations and we are fairly picky consumers, so I think most people would be very pleased.

location is very good but would be better if not at the back of the alley (took around 5 minutes to walk from the more main street to the front door. i forgot my wallet once and needed to run back to get it and that's when I realized it would be better if at front and not back of the alley/street. still, close enough to walk everywhere worth walking to, we only needed to use a taxi once, to get back from les baines de marrakesh (which i would strongly advise against) in the evening, otherwise comfortable walk everywhere. took maybe 15 minutes to get to jemaa square, 15-20 to koutoubia to meet our guides, 5-7 minutes to the closest taxi stand area. maybe 10 minutes to the spice market sq. area where lots of good restaurants are. also, only 5 minutes from the 2 best restaurants we ate at, La Slimana and and Le Foundouk.

Excellent location and really comfortable accommodation. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially Patrick the manager who was very attentive and helpful.

Gastgeber ist sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Riad liegt im alten Teil der Medina und man ist im 5 Gehminuten bei den ersten Souks. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Diner war besser als in den Restaurants, die auch sehr gut waren.

El alojamiento es precioso. Un oasis en medio de la Medina. Muy limpio. Las habitaciones muy tranquilas y lo mejor, la azotea para el desayuno y ratos de relax. Said fue encantador , nos dio mucha información sobre la ciudad y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. El desayuno, muy bueno. Todos los días me ofrecieron opciones sin gluten. Recomiendo coger el transfer desde el aeropuerto ya que encontrar en Riad puede ser un poco complicado.

El baño era precioso pero un poco hacia un poco de frío
