Lovely rooms. Great shower. Very comfortable. The manager is lovely and overall would highly recommend. Definitely get the transfer by the Riad from the airport as it’s initially tricky to find and also, it’s just much easier!

Ottima struttura, ottima accoglienza e cura durante il soggiorno

Curata nei minimi dettagli e con grande gusto. La stanza era davvero bella. Il terrazzo un’oasi tra i tetti. Il cortile interno incantevole . La differenza però l’ha fatta Said che è sempre stato pronto ad offrire consigli e a soddisfare ogni esigenza , gentile e disponibile. Anche il resto dello staff è stato superlativo.

Waren von dem Service und dem ehrlichen Interesse an jeden einzelnen Gast begeistert. Said gibt viele Infos und Tipps weiter und ist immer für Fragen da. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight - besonders das Frühstück in der Sonne mit dem Blick über Marrakesch. Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wird super sauber gereinigt. Das Riad bietet einen Shuttledienst vom/zum Flughafen an der sehr zu empfehlen ist.

A very peaceful location but just a few minutes' walk from the souk and lots of good restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms. We had a two room suite with a lovely sitting area and a little balcony outside overlooking the internal courtyard. Lovely rooftop terrace where we had delicious breakfasts. We also ate in the riad on our first night and the tagine was delicious. Very helpful staff who recommended and booked restaurants and helped with directions. We booked the taxi from the airport through the riad which we'd recommend - it's about a 5 minute walk from the square you are dropped to the riad and you'd struggle to find it without being met and accompanied.

The pillows could have been more comfortable but the beds were great.

The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic, it is an unbelievable Oasis . Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely and we had an evening meal at the hotel and as the hotel only has 5 rooms and we were the only ones eating in the hotel that evening the meal was in essence home cooked and it was cooked to perfection. the hotel manager was brilliant roughout our stay and offered lots of advise on places to go and see. My wife also had a massage at the hotel which in her words "was amazing" we will definitely be returning

With regards to the hotel and the staff we have nothing bad to say at all, the hotel is amazing. For anyone that hasn't visited a city like Marrakesh before the arrival and first few hours will be a serious culture shock. i would very strongly advise anyone contemplating visiting to pay for the airport pickup, its worth every penny as you will met at the airport and then driven as far into the city as possible where you will be met by the hotel staff and taken to the hotel though the twisting "streets" with all of the chaotic atmosphere of this vibrant city. This initial exposure to Marrakesh can be very daunting for the unaware.
