An exceptional stay in the heart of Marrakech Medina. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the Medina and the Souk, allowing you to fully experience the atmosphere of Marrakech. At first, finding the hotel was a bit challenging, as the Medina truly feels like a labyrinth, but when I got lost, Marouane personally came to pick me up and accompanied me to the riad. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that immediately made me feel welcomed and cared for. The breakfasts were amazing — rich, fresh, and absolutely delicious every morning. But what truly made this place special were the people. Marouane, Said, and Ali went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They helped me buy a SIM card so I could have internet access, organized tours, arranged my transfer to the train station, and were always ready to help with anything I needed. Throughout my stay, I felt safe, comfortable, and almost at home. Their hospitality was genuine and heartfelt. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech and looking for an authentic experience combined with exceptional care and kindness

The only thing I didn’t like was that my stay was too short. I would have loved to spend more time there.

We loved our stay at astra damus - the staff were so genuinely kind and felt like friends by the end of our stay!! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable and even got a cake as a surprise for my partner as it was his 30th birthday!! The riad itself is stunning and the upstairs terrace really sets it apart. It's an oasis in the chaos of the Medina. I would thoroughly recommend you stay here :)

Riad très jolie ,bien placé déjeuner sublime vue sur terrasse superbe, transat jacuzzi , ensoleillement garantie, personnels (les) très très sympa au petit soins. Chambres super et confortables , (climatisation) salle de bain originale et équipée. Thé et café offert tout les jours dans ce décor extraordinaire. Séjour agréable autour de tout ce qui est possible de faire, shopping dans les soucks , restaurants atypiques, musées , jardins architecture, avec le soleil et les étalages de fruits de saison Excursions possible à la Riad , vraiment bien on reviendra pour la gentillesse du personnels et leurs dévouement merci à toute et à tous . sans oublier le transfert aéroport/Riad à l'heure,

Location was convenient - 10 mins walk to the gate, 4 mins walk to Ben salah mosque (good pickup points for taxis). Also felt safe in the area even walking at night. Rooftop terrace is cute and the breakfast here is exceptional! It was different everyday and so filling. The room was spacious we were a family of 3. You can also book different activities with the hotel, we ended up booking the day trip to Atlas Mountains and it was lovely and even ended up visiting the Drivers family in Berber village. Last but most importantly is the staff and the welcoming nature and exceptional hospitality!! They were available 24/7 ready to answer our questions, even walking us to our taxis and helping us with our bags. It was my birthday and they went above and beyond to bake a cake and celebrate it. Truly will never forget this hospitality and they made my trip so memorable!

Really big chambers, beautiful Riad and terrace with a view on the entire old Medina. Delicious breakfast freshly made every day. Staff extremely kind and helpful, we had a problem with a tour and they solved for us. We stayed in several Riads in the old Medina and, I ensure you, this was the best!

It was such a great time staying at Astra Damus Hotel. We had the warmest welcome by Saïd! He helped us with everything, with care, and even a lot of attention to details. The room was very well equipped with comfortable bed. The inner courtyard was beautiful, the rooftop as well. The area was also great very convenient with a lot of delicious street food. Astra Damus Hotel is definitely the place we will go again! And thank you again for everything!
