The staff are amazing, the full experience is so personal and they will do anything to help, it’s genuine kindness and the breakfast is unreal.

The riad is in a little dark lane don’t be put off by this it’s extremely staff. You can get to the main square going either left or right from the main street.

The whole Marrakesh experience was wonderful, and sleeping in this traditional riad was an important part of it. Location is great, being in the middle of the main interest points in Marrakech medina. Said and Marwan managed to enhance the experience with their priceless support in providing advices and directions, but not only. Many thanks also to the lady in the kitchen - her breakfast in the sunrise on the rooftop terrace was ... impressive!!!

Missing the hot air balloon experience. Although this wasn't at all accommodation's fault, Said managed the cancellation in a very professional manner. IMPORTANT TIP: the recommended parking is conveniently located, and is independently operated. The parking staff harassingly offers guidance services towards the accommodation, asking then for ridiculous high tips (e.g. 200 MAD / 20 eur for less than 10 minutes of walking). In order to avoid any inconvenience, is better to ask accommodation for being welcomed in the parking by riad' staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this riad during my first trip to Morocco! All the staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made me feel at home from the beginning. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how they always checked on me and talked with me, so I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The location was very convenient, and they also helped arrange airport transfers for me. The breakfast was excellent, and the room and the riad itself were beautiful and charming. One evening when I returned late from a tour, they even came to pick me up near the square, which made me feel very supported and cared for. Thank you so much for making my stay in Marrakech so special. I would definitely love to stay here again when I come back!

Everything was wonderful during my stay. If I could suggest one small thing, having a kettle in the room would make the stay even more comfortable.

Great location.

Atendimento nota 1000. Chegamos as 8h da manhã e nos ofereceram o café da manhã. Pudemos deixar as malas, e fomos muito bem atendidas. Quarto e banheiro muito confortaveis. Na saída, precisei de ajuda para levar as malas até o ponto de encontro do tour, o rapaz da recepção me levou caminhando por 10min as 06h30 da manhã.

Gostei de tudo.

La struttura è bellissima, la terrazza è una vera e propria area relax dove godersi un buon tè alla menta dopo una giornata in giro per la città e dove viene servita la colazione (che è ricca e abbondante). La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Ma la parte migliore è stato lo staff sempre presente, disponibile e gentilissimo. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questo Riad!
