Great location. Friendly staff. Microwave & mini-fridge. The second time we stayed, we asked and received a ground floor room to protect a bad achilles tendon. Close to food.

I would have preferred a better quality decaf coffee that actually tastes good and was not so weak. Each pack was only ok if you added half a cup of water. And making tea from the coffee machine made the tea have a coffee contaminated taste. We could use a bit of space with a surface to prepare our food for the microwave. Or to prepare the coffee. We had to provide our own real milk/real cream. The first time we stayed, we had an upstairs room and that was a strain on a bad achilles tendon. No breakfast.
